Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about getting your deck, and what to do if something isn't right.
Shipping
- Where we ship: UK only.
- Delivery cost: £2.40 per order, added at checkout.
- Courier: Evri.
- Dispatch: within 1 working day of your order.
- Delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Returns & refunds
- You can return your deck within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item price.
- Decks should be returned unused and in their original box. If a deck has been opened and used, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
- Return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.
- To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll send you the return address.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
- Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage.
