1. What this is

The ENOUGH AS YOU ARE™ Ambassador Program lets approved individuals ("Ambassadors") earn a commission for referring sales of

ENOUGH AS YOU ARE™ products through a unique tracking link. It is not an employment or agency relationship, and doesn't make you a representative of ENOUGH AS YOU ARE™ beyond what's set out here.

2. Eligibility

You must apply and be approved before you're issued a tracking link. We review every application by hand and may decline or remove anyone at our discretion, particularly where content or conduct doesn't fit a brand aimed at teenagers.

3. How you earn

Standard Ambassadors earn £3 for every ENOUGH AS YOU ARE™ deck sold through their tracking link.

Founding Ambassadors, appointed individually, earn £4 per deck. Commission is calculated automatically on completed, non-refunded sales.

4. Tracking and attribution

Sales are attributed to whichever Ambassador link a customer last clicked, within the cookie window shown in your dashboard. If a sale is later refunded or cancelled, the associated commission is reversed.

5. Getting paid

Commission is paid monthly, in arrears, once your balance reaches £15. Payments are made via PayPal to the email address you registered with.

You're responsible for declaring this income and paying any tax owed on it - you are not an employee of ENOUGH AS YOU ARE™ and no tax is deducted at source.

6. How to represent ENOUGH AS YOU ARE™

Share your link however feels natural to you - social posts, newsletters, in the classroom, word of mouth.

You may not: bid on "ENOUGH AS YOU ARE™", " or close variants as paid search terms; make medical, therapeutic or clinical claims about the cards; imply you are an ENOUGH AS YOU ARE™ employee; or send unsolicited bulk email using your link. We may ask you to remove content that doesn't fit the brand.

7. Ending this agreement

Either party may end this at any time, for any reason, with no notice required. Commission already earned on completed sales before the end date will still be paid out on the normal schedule.

8. Confidentiality

If we share unreleased products, samples or materials with you ahead of a public launch, please keep them private until we say otherwise.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll let Ambassadors know by email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
